Volunteer BBQ – August 19

Recently the Chapter sent an E-mail message to all ‘volunteers’ who have identified themselves since the Annual General Meeting. Unfortunately, previous lists (before March 2015) of volunteers are not completely available and the Board is creating a new data base. As we put the information together it would be very helpful if you could identify PEO Members (including EITs) who have volunteered with you in the past and send this message along to them. We may not have everyone’s E-mail address. Thank you.
Although we have had responses from a number of members for the Volunteer Appreciation BBQ on August 19, we hope to hear from everyone in the next couple of weeks. Please let us know if you are able to join us, if you haven’t already.
You and all PEO member-volunteers are welcome to come to the BBQ.
Examples of activities and members to be included are:
Mentors, BASEF, LAP programs, Passport to P. Eng., EIT programs, Golf Tournament, Social Activities, current and previous Board members, Tours, and Certificate Presentations.
Everyone’s input and commitment for the coming year would be appreciated. Thanks – and hope to hear from you and see you at the BBQ.

Please let us know your dietary restrictions/preferences (if any).
Bring your own additional beverages (if desired) and a lawn chair.
If you arrive before 5:00 P.M. we will ask you to help set up. (yes – we need help).
