Women as Career Coaches (WACC) is designed to involve a variety of women from different occupational pathways to help young women become better informed about the many options available to them in the world of work. Female mentors representing all occupational sectors will act as career coaches to empower young women to take control of their futures. WACC is an event that celebrates women: their goals, pathways and accomplishments. Since 2005, it has brought together more than 10,000 young women and career coaches from our community.
The event is hosted by Halton Industry Education Council, and has extended an invite to PEO members.
